After seven years owning her exclusively and *Secretly Gluten Free* bakery, Cake & Crumble, in the shadow of Seattle and Mt. Rainier, Jenae has gone through an entire rebrand to more align with where she wants to take her flourishing business—making sure people in every market know they can have a luxurious cake that tastes excellent and looks even better. Jenae has taken extensive high level hands on training from industry leaders in order to perfect her craft, so that her wedding clients do not have to sacrifice their dreams simply due to a food allergy or Celiac disease.
Jenae has even taken her art to the international stage, competing on, and winning The Food Network’s The Big Bake, with her gluten free cake, as well as competing on Fox’s Season 2 of Crime Scene Kitchen. Her love for jovial competition, and the thrill of pushing oneself to the limits of showstopping work, has propelled her to enter the education realm as well. Jenae brings her silly wit, her passion for baking, and her strength for developing others and seeing their growth to the stage in a way that audiences find engaging, memorable, and valuable for their own success.
