ABOUT
Brett Galley was raised in New York City and around the world by a journalist/artist mother and an explorer father. Her upbringing was anything but ordinary. Her mother, acclaimed artist Joyce Galley, opened her first art gallery in Greenwich, CT over 25 years ago, renting it out for parties in between art openings. Inspired by her grandfather, a movie producer who owned theaters, Joyce incorporated the word “Hollywood” into the gallery’s name. Specializing in Pop Art, Hollywood Pop Gallery (HPG) was born.
After attending art school and serving as the Entertainment Director at Tavern on the Green, Brett decided to join the family business full-time to enhance HPG clientele’s experience. As the gallery grew into a popular venue for social events, Brett and her team expanded HPG’s offerings to include full-service event planning, design, and entertainment bookings.
For Brett, partying is a way of life. As the owner and Director of Special Events at Hollywood Pop Gallery, she has leveraged her entrepreneurial skills to create what she describes as an ever-evolving dream career. Whether orchestrating high-profile celebrity weddings, planning destination celebrations with artists like Tony Bennett, David Blaine, or Seal, organizing milestone events with Jennifer Hudson, designing events featuring Barack Obama, or negotiating contracts with Katy Perry, Brett and her team are always focused on delivering exceptional results.
