Adriana Madrinan is a Business Strategy and Innovation Consultant with a passion for the economic impact small businesses can have on communities. She is dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs through instruction and guidance, helping them achieve their full potential.
Adriana has trained and coached CEOs, business owners, and senior executives in entrepreneurship, strategic planning, business models, and innovation. Her work has been pivotal at StartUp FIU Local, SBDC at FIU, Community Fund of North Miami Dade, Miami Bayside Foundation, Branches, and Renaissance Executive Forums.
She developed the StartUP FIU Local Incubator Curriculum, which has been the cornerstone course for the Entrepreneurship Center since 2019, where she serves as the lead presenter and trainer.
Adriana’s career includes experience with global companies such as Starcom Media Vest, Monsanto, British Petroleum, and Whirlpool. At Starcom Media Vest, she was the Regional Media Director for Mondelez, Avon, Mead Johnson, Brown-Forman, and Visa for Latin America.
