Wendy Rivera is the Founder and CEO of Do You Speak Bride? (DYSB), the world’s most effective training system for bridal stylists. Her passion is helping bridal stores identify their unique differentiating factors, resulting in increased foot traffic, profit margins, and closing ratios. Together with her husband Gabe, Wendy owns Ava Laurénne Bride in Fredericksburg, VA, and recently expanded with a new location in Greenville, SC.
Do You Speak Bride offers individual coaching and in-person educational events called Stylist Summits and Stylist Workshops. To provide ongoing training and support, Wendy developed a monthly subscription streaming service, DYSB OneStream on Kajabi, featuring a vast library of training videos, webinars, and live interactive classes tailored for both stylists and managers/owners.
