Cara has been planning events since 1987 and founded her own company, Save The Date, LLC Events, in 1995, leveraging her extensive experience with companies like Hilton Hotels and Bloomingdale’s. She has planned thousands of social and corporate events across the Washington DC metro area, New Jersey, New York, and Kansas City, earning multiple awards. In addition to her event planning success, Cara teaches college-level courses and speaks at various conferences while balancing her career with her family life and active involvement in industry organizations like ILEA, NACE, and AWP.
